Skin Illustrator Slow Activator
Skin Illustrator Slow Activator is made with a proprietary blend of ethanol and isopropanol, which extends working time for Illustrator colors. Originally created for Hair Illustrator, it's also great for Skin Illustrator Palettes in fast-evaporating conditions.
A quick spray into the palette activates the color for brush or sponge application. The Activator evaporates after application, leaving a semi-permanent finish. (Use only Activator, Slow Activator, or 99% alcohol with Skin Illustrator palettes).
