Skin Illustrator Activator
Skin Illustrator Activator is a proprietary blend of ethanol and isopropynal alcohol, essential for activating all Skin Illustrator palettes. Unlike 99% alcohol, it has a milder fragrance, and is more gentle on the senses.
A quick spray into the palette prepares the color for application with a brush or sponge. The Activator evaporates after application, leaving a semi-permanent finish. (Only use Activator, Slow Activator, or 99% alcohol with Skin Illustrator palettes).
