Shipping
Orders will typically be processed in 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS. When you place an order, estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping method selected and your shipmentâs destination. Some items may take longer to process depending on stock and availability.
- Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.
- Certain products contain chemicals that are considered hazardous and must ship Ground Service due to Federal guidelines. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
- Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email.
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available.
- Shipment(s) may be separated and fulfilled from multiple locations
- Cold/Heat temperature acceptance: Some of our products can be ruined during extreme temperatures during transit. Pro Makeup Norcostco shall not be responsible for product that has been ruined due to extreme temperatures during shipment. (Please refer to individual product pages for details)
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases
To start a return, please email us at promakeup@norcostco.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that Pro Makeup Norcostco does not provide return shipping labels. Unauthorized returns may be declined and will not be returned to the sender. Once your return is approved and received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Some exclusions apply; see below for non-refundable items:
- For your protection, makeup may not be returned by consumers. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order and we will work with you to resolve them.
- All special FX products, shaving and grooming tools, facial hair, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Sales of clearance and discontinued merchandise are final.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any items if products and/or packaging are used, damaged, and/or tampered with in any way.
Management reserves the right to decline any return or exchange at its discretion if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Defective Items: If you need to return an item due to a defect, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. You may also include your phone number for fastest service. We will respond with steps on how to return your item for refund or exchange.
Wrong Items Shipped: In the event that incorrect merchandise was received, you may return the items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, "incorrect" items are defined as items other than the item you ordered. Please contact us for a shipping label prior to returning any items. Item(s) must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Items returned within 10 (ten) days of purchase will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
All returns must be pre-approved by us.
Returns must include a copy of the sales order, invoice or packing slip. Please mail your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to:

In Store Purchases
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for in-store purchases. We offer exchanges and store credit only. In-store items can be exchanged or credited within 10 business days of the original purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply; see below for non-returnable items:
