Our unique brow setting formula has natural brow extension fibers that adhere to each hair for an instantly fuller looking brow. Works alone to tame brows or over brow pencil or powders to set color and shape. Precision brush gives perfect payoff and covers gray hairs. Choose colorless, sheer shimmer, or opaque color to add dimension and fill in sparse areas. Water soluble formula holds all day yet removes easily. Chamomile and Allantoin strengthen, add shine, and soften course hairs.
