The SKIN ILLUSTRATOR BROW PALETTE, with five alcohol-based colors, is perfect for filling in or reshaping eyebrows. Apply with a brush, sponge, or mascara wand, and mix with other Skin Illustrator tones for custom colors.

Note: High pigment content may cause cracks or bubbles in dried cells but does not affect performance. Activate with Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, Activator, or 99% alcohol only. Remove with PPI's Telesis Super Solv.
