StarBlend™ Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry. Apply dry for sheer coverage, or apply with a damp brush or sponge for a full coverage application. The long-wear formula was developed to withstand the utmost in extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights. Available in a wide range of shades, skin tones, primary and secondary colors, plus black and white.
