Perfect Matt is a velvet-soft gel primer that smooths irregularities on the surface of the skin. It also forms a film that serves as a base for various make-up preparations, which greatly enhances the durability of the make-up applied. The gel-like consistency of Perfect Matt also increases the moisture resistance of the foundation.
