Encore BROW alcohol-activated palettes offer instant, water-resistant brow color. They are ideal for touching up, enhancing, or creating professional-looking brows. Each palette includes a compact acrylic case with a built-in mixing compartment. Encore BROW provides excellent coverage and adheres well to prosthetics. Activate with 99% alcohol or EBA’s Fuel Activator using a brush. All ingredients are cosmetic grade, with FDA-approved pigments.
